On this course you will learn all the basics of HTML5 & CSS3. This course is designed to walk you through a series of hands-on, instructor-led exercises that exposes you to all the functionality of the HTML5 & CSS3, so you can start developing your own sites immediately.

Day 1: Overview HTML5 & CSS3. You will spend the day getting introduced to HTML5 & CSS3 techniques. You will cover: Improved user interface, embedding audio and video, working with shadows and gradients.
Day 2:Develop a Site. You will spend the day developing a HTML5 and CSS3 site.
Who should take this course:
- You should have taken the HTML & CSS Course. Or, you are familiar with the material taught in the HTML & CSS Course.
- Students would have knowledge of the internet and can use a web browser.
- This course is for those who want to learn the best-practice of HTML5 and CSS3 and those who want a solid, reliable reference.
You will need:
- Any laptop with a web browser!
- A text editor. Suggest TextMate or Coda for Mac users and Notebook++ for PC users.
- We can and will provide Laptops for those that require one at no charge.
